Carrier rates — Shipping is calculated at checkout based on live USPS and UPS rates. You choose the delivery service that works best for you.
Processing time — Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Some products are made to order, so please allow a little extra time for those — we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Delivery time — Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and service you select at checkout. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your box is on its way.
International — We currently ship within the United States only. Global shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Our promise — If you’re not happy with your sip, we’re not happy. We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
How to return — Email us at heyy@sipteashop.com with your order number and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds — Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or wrong items — If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong blend, snap a photo and email us. We’ll make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice.
